A month before our baby was born, we attended a birthing class. We learned a lot in our 2 day session, but the biggest realization was how lucky we were to have been blessed with a child at all.
I was starting to get the hang of the third trimester and finding ways to cope with my gestational diabetes. If I were to do it over again, I would’ve researched keto recipes earlier. Nut flours were a GAME CHANGER.
Instead of the classic “Will it blend?” question, I posed the question: “Can I eat it?” Kids, don’t try this at home.
The baby was getting bigger and bigger, and my poor bladder couldn’t handle all the pressure. I was surprised to be this sleep-deprived before the baby was even born.
Eating other coworkers’ food from the company fridge is a faux pas, but is it excusable when you’re pregnant? 😳
